During the trial in the court of first instance, the lawyers of JSC “Shavrov, Galinsky and Partners” declared the order to send one of the heads of customs posts to another customs post unlawful. The main argument cited as the basis for the lawsuit was the lack in the legislation of the possibility of sending a person to another place of work without his consent due to official necessity.
